Glyphly Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
Glyphly is a digital software product. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
Try before you buy
Glyphly is free to download and use, with a cap on saved words. The full core loop — capture, OCR, lookup, saving, and review — works on the free tier. We strongly encourage you to confirm Glyphly runs correctly on your PC before buying Pro.
Refund window
If Glyphly does not work as described, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are normally granted when:
- the app cannot be activated with the key you were issued;
- the app does not run on a supported Windows version;
- a feature described on this page does not work as described;
- you were charged twice, or bought the wrong plan by mistake.
When a refund may not apply
A refund may be declined when:
- the request is made after the 14-day window;
- the request relates to a feature clearly described as planned rather than available;
- the problem is caused by hardware or an operating system outside the stated system requirements, and could not be resolved;
- there is evidence of licence abuse, such as a shared or published key.
Before declining, we will try to fix the problem — most activation and setup issues are solvable.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your purchase receipt email, or through Lemon Squeezy's billing management.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment already taken, though a recent renewal charged in error can be raised within the refund window above.
Founder Lifetime
Founder Lifetime is a one-time, limited launch offer for early supporters. It is covered by the same 14-day refund window as every other plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Use the customer portal link in your purchase receipt email, or reply to that receipt, and include:
- the email address used for the order;
- your order number, or your license key;
- a short description of the problem.
If the receipt is lost, or the portal link no longer works, email support@getglyphly.com with the details above and it will be sorted out.
If the problem looks like a bug in the app rather than a billing issue, opening an entry on the issue tracker is often the fastest route to a fix.
Statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law and does not replace them. If your local law grants you a stronger right of withdrawal, that right applies.
